All of our products are made to order. Processing usually takes 2–5 business days, and standard U.S. shipping takes 5–10 business days after that. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Right now, we ship across the United States. We’re working on expanding to international customers, so keep an eye on our updates.

Since everything is print-on-demand, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong size selection. Please double-check the size guide before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

If your gear shows up damaged, email us at contact@truckem.co within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
