How long will my order take to arrive?

All of our products are made to order. Processing usually takes 2–5 business days, and standard U.S. shipping takes 5–10 business days after that. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Since everything is print-on-demand, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong size selection. Please double-check the size guide before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your gear shows up damaged, email us at contact@truckem.co within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Since everything is print-on-demand, it is sent to production immediately we can’t accept cancellations for buyer’s remorse or wrong size selection. Please double-check what you are buying before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
