At Truck ’em, every order is custom printed and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners. Please review the following details so you know what to expect when placing an order.
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future.)

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Delivery Estimates

Standard U.S. shipping: 5–10 business days after processing.

Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us via email address at contact@truckem.co and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

If items arrive damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong color/size choice, change of mind). Please review our size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Eligible Returns/Exchanges
We will accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Wrong item received

Significant printing error
To qualify:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Photos of the issue are required to approve a replacement or refund.

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Depending on the situation, you may be asked to return the product. In such cases, you are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
