Shipping Policy

At Truck ’em, every order is custom printed and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners. Please review the following details so you know what to expect when placing an order.

 

Processing Time

 

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping Methods & Costs

 

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future.)

  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

 

Delivery Estimates

 

  • Standard U.S. shipping: 5–10 business days after processing.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us via email address at contact@truckem.co and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

  • If items arrive damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong color/size choice, change of mind). Please review our size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

 

Eligible Returns/Exchanges

We will accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

 

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Significant printing error

 

To qualify:

 

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Photos of the issue are required to approve a replacement or refund.

 

Process

 

  • Email contact@truckem.co with your order number and issue description.

  • Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

  • Depending on the situation, you may be asked to return the product. In such cases, you are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Gift cards and digital downloads

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Worn, washed, or altered merchandise

 

Refunds

 

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
